I'm finding that the D-Star repeater list available at http://www.dstarinfo.com/RepeaterDownloads.aspx doesn't have all the repeaters that I want to scan for. Looks like I'll pick up programming software and a cable so that I can plug in my own, customized list of repeaters.
The scan feature, though, is very, very nice. It's easy to operate even while driving. The GPS locks onto a dozen or more satellites within a minute or two with an open view of the sky.
